Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scipio Africanus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doctor Mundo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Africanus with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Mundo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Africanus.

Africanus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Africanus displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mundo.
Mundo wants to clinch up but Africanus keeps it at a distance.

Africanus throws a half hearted mid kick.
Mundo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Africanus rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mundo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Africanus is on top in guard.
Mundo manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Africanus is pressed up against the cage. Mundo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Africanus down to the mat. Africanus avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Scipio Africanus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Doctor Mundo.
A head kick misses from Africanus.
Africanus throws a sloppy head kick and Mundo moves out of range easily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Africanus's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Mundo working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Mundo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Oh Africanus is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mundo postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Africanus covers up, he's hurt! Mundo keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Mundo and the ref steps in to end the fight! Mundo can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Doctor Mundo!
Doctor Mundo seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
