Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Akihiro Tatsui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pepe LePew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LePew has chosen Smoke Serpent- as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tatsui shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. LePew is trying to defend but Tatsui finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Tatsui looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

LePew had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tatsui defends it easily.
LePew wants to sweep here but Tatsui controlling him for the moment.

LePew is persistently looking for the submission but Tatsui is defending it well.
