The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

DeMarco connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Otsuka momentarily.

DeMarco lands a big uppercut and Otsuka crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Otsuka looks OK. DeMarco waves Otsuka back to his feet!

DeMarco fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Otsuka looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
DeMarco throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Otsuka seems to have got his legs back now.
DeMarco scores with a hook to the body. Otsuka takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
DeMarco looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
DeMarco throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

DeMarco rushes Otsuka with punches - Otsuka moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Otsuka goes down! DeMarco follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
