Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Doyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josiah Laulis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laulis wants to clinch
and Doyle counters with a stiff right hand.
Laulis misses with a series of wild punches.
Laulis tries to clinch but Doyle moves out of range.
Doyle steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Laulis.
Doyle misses with a takedown attempt - Laulis sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Laulis dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Doyle. That did some damage!
Laulis wants to clinch up but Doyle keeps it at a distance.

Laulis can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Doyle is looking to escape.
Doyle holds on to Laulis around his waist, trying desperately to prevent any attacks.

Doyle shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Laulis as he jumps to the side.

Doyle gets control of Laulis's arms and successfully pulls guard. Doyle will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Laulis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Doyle swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well Laulis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
