Snow comes to the cage accompanied by Phil Collins - In The Air Tonight. The crowd seem to be enjoying Ward's choice of entrance music: "Backwoods" By Red Hot Chili Peppers. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Snow closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Ward to the mat! Ward manages to get full guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Snow with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Snow wants to control from the top but Ward keeps moving.
Snow is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Snow stops Ward from standing up.
Snow forces his way into half guard.
Snow seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Ward is refusing to be controlled, as Snow sits in half guard.

Snow takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Snow wants to work for an arm triangle but Ward is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Ward seems to have recovered his senses.
