Avery has his foot on Logan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Logan works his way back into a safe position though.

Avery escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Logan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Avery controls Logan momentarily but Logan frees himself.

Avery is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Logan is aware though and is defending well.
Logan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Avery has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Logan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Logan. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Avery had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Logan defends it easily.

Avery escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Logan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
