Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cosh Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teppo Tulppu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tulppu has chosen Roy Jones Jr - Can't Be Touched as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Teppo Tulppu!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tulppu avoids it really well and circles away.
Boy shoots in for a double leg but Tulppu sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Tulppu drives through and clinches with Boy against the cage.
Boy can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cosh Boy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boy is looking to take this one to the mat.
Boy tries to pull guard but Tulppu won't allow it.
Boy goes for a takedown in the clinch but Tulppu prevents it.
We've been hearing reports that Boy has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Tulppu pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Tulppu throws a series of punches but Boy avoids them all with ease.

Tulppu kicks off Boy and gets to his feet.
Boy shoots in for a takedown but Tulppu shows good takedown defense.
Tulppu throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Tulppu counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Boy down! Tulppu is looking to finish but Boy is intelligently defending himself.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boy tries to strike from the bottom.
Tulppu won't allow Boy to sweep him here.
Tulppu controls from within his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Boy bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tulppu's guard.
Boy wants to control from the top but Tulppu keeps moving.
Boy trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Boy postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Boy advances position into side control!

Boy tries for a kimura but Tulppu is defending well.

Tulppu prevents Boy from improving position.
Boy throws an elbow but Tulppu slips to the side and avoids it well.
A lull in the action here as Boy stalls from top position.
Boy passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Tulppu!
Boy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Boy lands a heavy elbow.

It looks like Teppo Tulppu has been cut.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tulppu wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Boy.
Boy loads up with a big shot that hurts Tulppu! He's pulled Boy in close but Boy has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Tulppu survive? More strikes from Boy and Tulppu is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
