Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lorenzo Valenta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Weed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weed closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Weed lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Valenta is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Weed defends well.
Weed trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Valenta is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Weed frees his head nicely. Oh but Valenta has switched to an armbar! Weed is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

A very excited looking Lorenzo Valenta rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
