And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kwidama slips a jab and a cross from Hughes.
Kwidama misses with a body shot.
Kwidama lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A nice combination there by Kwidama.
It looks like Martin Hughes has been cut.
Hughes is looking to clinch but Kwidama is avoiding it.
Hughes fails to land with a series of punches.
Kwidama slips a straight right by Hughes.
Hughes moves out of range of the body kick from Kwidama.
Kwidama throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Good standup being displayed there by Hughes as he connects with a hook.
A head kick misses from Kwidama.
Kwidama tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hughes misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kwidama.
Hughes moves away from the strike by Kwidama.
Hughes throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Hughes wants to clinch up but Kwidama keeps it at a distance.
Kwidama gets in close and tags Hughes with a short punch that almost sends Hughes to the mat! Oh Hughes is in big trouble! He turns his back on Kwidama, trying to create some distance but Kwidama rushes him, striking wildly and Hughes goes down! The referee tackles Kwidama into the cage to end the fight! Kwidama is one violent man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chaly Kwidama!
