Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Karl Grossman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Skywalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grossman comes into the arena with The Devil's Rejects blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skywalker throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Grossman lands a nice shot to the body.
Grossman throws a good cross that connects.
Grossman jabs Skywalker right on the nose. Skywalker blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Luke Skywalker has been cut.
Skywalker fails in his attempt to clinch.
Grossman stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Skywalker clinches with his opponent.
Grossman lands a shoulder strike.
Skywalker pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Skywalker.
With the fighters up against the cage, Skywalker throws an elbow but misses.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A nice right hand lands inside from Grossman.
Skywalker throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Grossman struggles to land a body shot inside as Skywalker controls his hands.

Grossman lands with a short shot to the head.
Skywalker creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Skywalker swings wildly with an uppercut but Grossman uses good head movement to avoid it.
Skywalker misses with a hook to the ribs.
Grossman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Skywalker looks for the body kick but Grossman saw that one coming.
Skywalker wants to clinch up but Grossman keeps it at a distance.
Grossman throws the left hand but Skywalker avoids the punch easily.
Skywalker moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Skywalker ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Skywalker thows a body shot but no joy.
Skywalker tries to clinch but Grossman is having none of it.
Skywalker throws a push kick but Grossman slaps the foot to one side.
Luke Skywalker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Grossman with a nice cross.
Skywalker misses with a wild body shot.
Skywalker shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Skywalker is rocked!
Grossman throws a nice inside leg kick.
Skywalker is still on wobbly legs! Can Grossman finish him?
Grossman steps in with a hook that catches Skywalker right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Grossman follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Skywalker looks absolutely devastated.
