Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Moxon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Stann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moxon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Moxon shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Stann's guard.
Stann is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Moxon is controlling him.

Stann has his feet on Moxon's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Stann lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Moxon circles away quickly and effectively.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Moxon lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Stann has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Stann and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Moxon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Stann circles away.

Stann's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Moxon connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Stann scrambles back to his feet.

Stann leaves Moxon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

We've been hearing good reports from Moxon's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

You get the feeling that Stann really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Dan Stann's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
