Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Benedikt Pushkar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Staton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Staton comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mgła- With Hearts Toward None II kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Pushkar darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Pushkar looks to land a left hand but Staton moved out of range nicely.

We've been informed that Staton has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Pushkar feints and as Staton raises his hands in defense, Pushkar changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Benedikt Pushkar will probably get the nod.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pushkar lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Staton has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Staton and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Staton tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Pushkar manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Pushkar tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Staton defends well and Pushkar ends up having to push Staton into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pushkar connects with a nice short shot to Staton's temple.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Benedikt Pushkar.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pushkar, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
