Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sylvanas Windrunner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sep Dollarland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sep Dollarland!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Windrunner shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Dollarland counters with a three punch combo that has Windrunner backing up. Windrunner nods at Dollarland to acknowledge the strikes.
Dollarland scores with a shot to the body.

Dollarland has taken the fight to the clinch.

Dollarland pulls guard effortlessly.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Windrunner looking to pass the guard.
Dollarland is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Windrunner stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dollarland swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Windrunner advances position into side control!
Dollarland tries to improve position but can't.

Dollarland really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Windrunner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Windrunner is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dollarland knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Windrunner is looking to advance position but Dollarland won't allow it.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Sep Dollarland.
Dollarland throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dollarland feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Windrunner's calf.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Dollarland fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Windrunner to the ground. Dollarland is now in Windrunner's guard.

Dollarland drops back looking for a leg! Windrunner is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Windrunner manages to kick Dollarland off! Dollarland jumps back into Windrunner's guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Sep Dollarland wasn't active enough on the ground.
Windrunner tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dollarland sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Windrunner somewhat.

Windrunner is trying to trip Dollarland. He has hold of a leg but Dollarland is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Windrunner persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Dollarland bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Windrunner's guard.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Sep Dollarland hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Dollarland had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Windrunner defends it easily.
Windrunner is pushing down on Dollarland's leg trying to pass to half guard. Dollarland is fighting to maintain full guard but Windrunner has managed to sneak the leg through.
Sylvanas Windrunner has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Well Dollarland has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
