The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machado misses with a straight left.
Massey fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Machado misses with a takedown attempt - Massey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Machado loads up on a big right hand but Massey slips the punch.
Machado definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

We've been informed that Massey has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Massey throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Machado stumbling backwards into the cage! Machado bounces back off the cage towards Massey, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Massey lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Massey celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
