The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bum steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Nogueira-Nigeshi. That one must have hurt.
Bum moves in looking to clinch but Nogueira-Nigeshi pushes him off.
A combination from Nogueira-Nigeshi does no damage.
Bum takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Bum throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
A nice inside leg kick there by Nogueira-Nigeshi. That's going to slow Bum down.
Nogueira-Nigeshi scores with a shot to the body.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bum enables Nogueira-Nigeshi to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bum manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Bum makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Bum.
Nogueira-Nigeshi is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nogueira-Nigeshi not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Nogueira-Nigeshi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Nogueira-Nigeshi has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bum tries to roll over but Nogueira-Nigeshi keeps him under control.

Nogueira-Nigeshi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bum knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Nogueira-Nigeshi has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bum's face.
