The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stairs misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from English.
English pivots, looking for a leg kick but Stairs is out of range and English settles back down.

Stairs looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Stairs wants to pass to mount but English is defending the position.

English knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stairs on the ground.

English wants to control but Stairs is having none of it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

English definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
