PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Giovanni Fatale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fatale might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Remember My Name. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harris clinches up with Fatale and pushes him back against the cage.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Harris's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Harris duly obliges.
Fatale takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Harris tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fatale manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Harris throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fatale avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Harris walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
The crowd cheers as Harris lands an impressive looking overhand right. Fatale doesn't seem phased though.

Harris is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fatale.
Harris fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Fatale.

Harris shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fatale as he jumps to the side.

Our sources have told us that Fatale has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.
