The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cummings throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Traianus swings wildly with an uppercut but Cummings uses good head movement to avoid it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Traianus is pushing Cummings up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

The crowd cheers as Traianus lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cummings doesn't seem phased though.
We've been told by Cummings's head coaches at Da Training Centa that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Marcus Ulpius Traianus's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cummings feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Traianuss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

After the fight, Tj Cummings was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
