Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gerard Mclaughlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sean Evans will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gerard Mclaughlin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean Evans!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans shoots in for a takedown but Mclaughlin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mclaughlin leaves Evans with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Evans shoots in looking for a takedown. Mclaughlin tries to sprawl out of it but Evans keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mclaughlin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
