Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Warren Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carter Brooke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Sloppy strikes from Brooke. Those never looked like landing.
A combination from Morrison does no damage.
Brooke throws the kick towards the body but Morrison avoids it.
Brooke displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Morrison.

Brooke fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Morrison, pushing him back against the cage.

Morrison ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Morrison no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Morrison wants to stand up but Brooke is controlling him.

Morrison is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Brooke is aware though and is defending well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Morrison has control of Brooke's left arm, preventing Brooke from doing any damage.
Morrison is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Morrison is on top in guard.

Morrison passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Morrison thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Morrison is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Brooke has escaped the position, nice work there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Morrison trying to control the position but Brooke is working away.

Morrison is chipping away with strikes.
Morrison wants to stand but Brooke has his arm trapped.
Brooke really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Morrison. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A control attempt from Brooke but he's now mounted!
Morrison sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Brooke is squirming around, avoiding Morrison's attempts to control the action.

Morrison wants to finish this one by submission but Brooke is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Morrison.
Brooke tries to hold on but Morrison postures up.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Morrison lands a couple of good shots and Brooke has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Morrison is not going to allow Brooke to sit and survive in this position.
Brooke has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.

Morrison is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Brooke has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Morrison has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Brooke taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Morrison doesn't care though - he's delighted!
