The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dad attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Lanakila feints and as Dad raises his hands in defense, Lanakila changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lanakila is looking to work some ground and pound but Dad has wrist control.
Lanakila stopping the sweep attempt from Dad.
Lanakila controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Dad is trying to control the position but Lanakila postures up.
Dad knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lanakila on the ground.

Dad lunges at Lanakila with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Lanakila's hand.

Dad buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Lanakila walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Uncle Dad seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lanakila takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Dad digs a good body shot into Lanakila's ribs.

Lanakila bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Dad comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Lanakila falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Lanakila was out before he hit the floor!
