Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hagen Germanicus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oktawian August (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Germanicus comes into the arena with Now We Are Free blaring out of the sound system. August has chosen Hit 'em up as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
August thumps Germanicus with a low kick.

Germanicus drops his shoulder and cracks August with a huge uppercut! August goes down! Can Germanicus finish him?

August is rocked!

It looks like Oktawian August has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

August working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Germanicus doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Germanicus manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
August is still in real trouble! Can Germanicus finish him?

August seems to have recovered his senses.

August looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Germanicus is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and August goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Germanicus!

In his post fight interview, Hagen Germanicus gave a big smile as he said 'We wait here for you, Maximus. Strength and Honor! And while we wait, we will shop like real barbarians at Syndicate Nutrition...'.
Oktawian August was interviewed post fight and said 'Barbarian defeated The Ceasar of Rome... The Empire is going to fall once again...'.
