Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 8 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dalton Pressnell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Alex Kowalski!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kowalski throws a series of punches but Pressnell moves out of range.
Pressnell pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pressnell tries a head kick but it misses.
Kowalski tries to clinch up.

Kowalski clinches up with Pressnell and pushes him back against the cage.

Kowalski tightens his grip and picks Pressnell up, before dumping him to the ground. Pressnell manages to land in guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Kowalski throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Pressnell escapes and throws Kowalski's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Pressnell pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Kowalski chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Pressnell can pounce on him.

Pressnell fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kowalski looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Dalton Pressnell is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Pressnell wants to clinch up but Kowalski keeps it at a distance.
Pressnell tries to close the distance and clinch but Kowalski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Kowalski is trying to drag Pressnell to the mat but Pressnell just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Well Kowalski has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
