Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mark Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abednego Smiff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Mark Wilson has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson fails with a takedown attempt.

Smiff moves into the clinch.
Smiff stops a takedown attempt from Wilson.

Smiff has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Wilson regains guard immediately.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Wilson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smiff distracts Wilson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Wilson working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Smiff.
Smiff trying to control the position from guard on top but Wilson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Smiff is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Wilson keeping moving, preventing Smiff from controlling successfully.

Wilson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Smiff's guard.
Smiff looking for a sweep. Not yet Smiff, not yet.

Smiff looking for a triangle here. Wilson is fighting it but it looks tight! Smiff pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Wilson is tapping out - this one is all over!
