The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stringfellow fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hellscream avoids it really well and circles away.
Stringfellow misses with a combination
and Hellscream counters with a stiff right hand.
Hellscream uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Stringfellow.
Hellscream stuffs the takedown attempt from Stringfellow. Stringfellow gets slowly back to his feet.

Hellscream feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Stringfellow sprawling to the canvas! Stringfellow rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hellscream finish him?!

Stringfellow is rocked!

Stringfellow changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hellscream tries to avoid it but Stringfellow manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hellscream to the ground. Hellscream escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Oh Stringfellow is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricky Stringfellow. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stringfellow throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hellscream.

and Hellscream scores with a counter punch that sends Stringfellow to the canvas! Hellscream smells blood - he's punishing Stringfellow with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Stringfellow has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
