Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brian King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caco Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brian King could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Caco Vera's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brian King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Caco Vera!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King slips a jab and a cross from Vera.
Vera tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Vera throws a head kick that misses.
King dives in and grabs Vera's left leg, looking for a takedown. Vera pushes down on King's head and hops out.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from King.
King is looking to clinch but Vera is avoiding it.
Vera throws a sloppy head kick and King moves out of range easily.
Vera lands a straight punch to the body, keeping King at a distance.
King swinging wildly here.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Vera tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
King misses with a combination
and Vera cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Vera lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but King circles away quickly and effectively.
King throws a looping overhand right but Vera ducks down to avoid it.
King moves in looking to clinch but Vera pushes him off.
King throws the left hand but Vera avoids the punch easily.
A head kick misses from Vera.
King takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

King throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Vera.
Vera dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on King. That did some damage!
Vera stuns King with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
King tries to clinch there but Vera circles away.
King has a takedown stuffed.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brian King. That's going to take a lot out of him.
King takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
King tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Vera manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

King on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Vera avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Vera moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Caco Vera is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
King misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Donk. Vera catches King right on the button with a cross.
King misses with a takedown attempt - Vera sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
King is breathing heavily.
King stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Vera.

Vera drops King with a beautiful combination! King stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Vera is looking for the KO!

King is rocked!
Vera lands a nice leg kick that just misses King's sensitive parts.
Oh King is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vera throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
King seems to have got his legs back now.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Vera! King is backing up but he can't get away as Vera lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops King and ends the fight. Great knockout.
