And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Buan Chaka !
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slinger works over Chaka 's head and body with a nice combination.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Chaka .
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Slinger wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Chaka lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Slinger down.
Chaka cracks Slinger with a big right hand but Slinger just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Chaka has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Slinger darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Slinger wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chaka keeps working.
The fighters are battling for position here. Chaka manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Chaka working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Slinger doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Chaka is tightening it up a little... Slinger has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Slinger reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Slinger taps out! Nice BJJ there by Chaka !
