The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naamat looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Naamat feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Turks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Naamat throws a nice looking combination but Turk bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Naamat looks to land a right hand but Turk moved out of range.
Naamat swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Turk counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Naamat is trying to stand up here but Turk is controlling him well.
Turk is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Turk jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Naamat is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Naamat and Turk has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Naamat is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Turk is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Naamat is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Turk wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Naamat, who protects the arm well.

Turk misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Turk has hold of Naamat's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Naamat tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Turk cranks the arm and Naamat screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Naamat, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
