Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Leo Spartan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lewis has chosen Shut'Em Down as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Mike Lewis struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 171.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Lewis walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Lewis uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Spartan.
Lewis has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Spartan finds it's way round the side to connect with Lewis's head.

Spartan sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Spartan will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Lewis tries to bum rush Spartan with a series of wild strikes but Spartan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lewis throws a nice looking combination but Spartan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Lewis fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Spartan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Spartan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Spartan dodges the punch combination from Lewis.

Spartan shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lewis eats them both and turns towards Spartan to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Lewis lands with a slapping head kick.
Lewis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Spartan circles away quickly and effectively.
Lewis misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Spartan.

It looks like Mike Lewis has been cut.

Lewis thuds his right hand into Spartan's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Spartan throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Lewis takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Lewis is rocked!
Spartan lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Lewis head around and knocks him out cold! Spartan hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
