Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Leslie Harp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Charles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harp comes to the cage accompanied by Eternal Erection - Absolutely Free . Charles has chosen Don't Fake the Funk by Prince Charles as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Leslie Harp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Henry Charles!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Lou da Vinci and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Charles scores with a sloppy right hand. Harp should have avoided that one.
Charles checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Charles is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Harp.
Harp ducks under a wild hook from Charles.
Charles moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Harp fails to land the takedown.
Charles getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Harp feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Harp accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Harp keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Harp holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Charles tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That was a close round but I would say that Leslie Harp will probably get the nod.

Harp is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Charles is working for a kimura but Harp is defending it quite comfortably.
Harp tries to get to full guard but Charles has control of the leg.
Charles thows a huge punch but Harp dodges it nicely.

Harp is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Harp.
Charles fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Harp looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Charles misses with a double jab
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Charles with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Charles ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Harp moves away.
Charles throws a hook but Harp blocks it.
Nice straight punches there by Charles. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Charles.
No joy there for Charles, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Harp throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Charles throws a shot to the body.
Charles tries to clinch up but Harp circles away and keeps his distance.

A combination from Charles does no damage.
Harp gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Charles counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Charles throws a nice looking combination but Harp bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Charles avoids the head kick by Harp.
Harp keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A head kick misses from Charles.
Harp shoots in and gets a takedown into Charles's guard.
Harp throws a strike but Charles rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Harp has control of Charles's left arm, preventing Charles from doing any damage.

Harp has a closed guard, preventing Charles from standing up.

Harp manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Harp fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Henry Charles has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Oooooh, big shot lands for Harp! Charles is hurt baaadly! Harp is firing away with more strikes - Charles is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
