Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Kjellstrom connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Bjorn Kjellstrom seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Hawkins counters with a crisp one two that drops Kjellstrom! Hawkins thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Kjellstrom to his feet! Kjellstrom is in big trouble!

A close round but Kev Hawkins will probably get the nod.

and Hawkins counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Kjellstrom off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Hawkins follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Kjellstrom was out before he hit the floor.
