Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ferdinand Garrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tural Agaev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ferdinand Garrett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tural Agaev!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agaev comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Agaev tries to close the distance and clinch up but Garrett swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Agaev tries to clinch there but Garrett circles away.
Agaev throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Agaev closes the distance and clinches.
Garrett has Agaev pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Agaev manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Garrett drags the fight down to the ground.
Garrett is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Agaev is controlling him.
Garrett keeping moving, preventing Agaev from controlling successfully.
Garrett is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Garrett is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Garrett will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Garrett tries to stand but can't do so whilst Agaev controls his leg.

Well, if Garrett is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Agaev is looking to get back to full guard here but Garrett has managed to pass to side control instead.
Garrett gets to mount! Agaev was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Garrett controlling the pace for now.

Garrett working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Agaev turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Garrett off and cradles Agaev's limp body as Garrett celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Ferdinand Garrett!
