The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loose tries to clinch there but Griifin circles away.
Griifin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Loose.
Donk. Griifin catches Loose right on the button with a cross.
Griifin stalks Loose and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Loose's face. Loose staggers backwards, shaken.
Griifin throws a right and a left that Loose avoids nicely.
Loose shoots in looking for a takedown. Griifin tries to sprawl out of it but Loose keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Griifin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Griifin lands a right hook to the body.
Loose closes this distance looking for a takedown but Griifin circles away.
Loose tries to close the distance and clinch but Griifin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Griifin throws a series of punches but Loose moves out of range.

Griifin keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Griifin throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Loose stumbling backwards into the cage! Loose bounces back off the cage towards Griifin, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Griifin lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Griifin celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
