Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ned Terry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Vanbow!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vanbow throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Terry sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Terry has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Terry there as he acknowledges the shot.
Terry fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Vanbow avoids it really well and circles away.
Vanbow throws an overhand right that lands on Terry's shoulder, as Terry tries to avoid the shot.
Terry has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Vanbow finds it's way round the side to connect with Terry's head.
Vanbow throws a right hand that misses
and Terry holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Terry throws a punch but it's blocked by Vanbow.
Vanbow breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Vanbow misses with a jab, cross combination.
Terry closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Good shot there by Vanbow.
Vanbow fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Terry on the side of the head.
Vanbow walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Terry drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Vanbow swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Terry's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tim Vanbow!
