The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Donatello Bradman and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boschat ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Boschat lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Boschat's coach down at BEVA Fight Home was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Boschat's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Boschat lands a head shot.

It looks like Owen Burger has been cut.
Boschat steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Burger.
Burger wants to clinch.
Burger looks to throw the jab but Boschat is out of range.
Boschat fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Burger on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Boschat. Boschat obviously looking to wear him down.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nice defenses there by Boschat.
Burger takes one on the button.
Burger thows a left - swing and a miss!
Boschat slips under a jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Burger. Boschat does a little dance to reset his feet.
Boschat lands a jab to the head.
Burger misses with a low kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Burger moves forwards but Boschat connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Burger misses with a straight left.
Burger tries to close the distance and clinch but Boschat swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Boschat takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
A shot to the body from Burger misses
and Boschat counters with a good low kick that Burger was not able to check.

enabling Boschat to counter with a crisp jab.
Boschat lands a really nice looking cross but Burger seems unphased.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Burger on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Boschat scores with a decent looking hook.

Burger is rocked!
Burger moves out of range of the strikes.
Boschat slips a straight right by Burger.
Boschat is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Burger had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Boschat uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Burger.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boschat connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Burger throws a body punch but Boschat moves out of range.
Boschat connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Burger's hands.
Oh Burger is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Owen Burger's cut is getting worse.
Boschat loads up on a big right hand but Burger slips the punch.
Boschat lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Nice defenses there by Boschat.
Burger seems to have got his legs back now.
Burger throws a looping overhand right but Boschat ducks down to avoid it.
Boschat thuds his right hand into Burger's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Burger on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Boschat throws a monster overhand right that drops Burger! Boschat follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
