Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marek Jebut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Musashi Kato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kato has chosen 神風 as his entrance music. Musashi Kato will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marek Jebut!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Musashi Kato!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Vladimir Khabensky and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kato throws a nice outside leg kick.
Musashi Kato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jebut looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
We've been hearing reports that Jebut has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Kato fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jebut has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Kato drops Jebut with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Jebut! Kato dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 4, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Musashi Kato! Musashi Kato retains his middleweight title!
Musashi Kato seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
