Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nicandro Aloisio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Hendricks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nicandro Aloisio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Hendricks!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Aloisio looks to score with a jab to the body but Hendricks is just out of range.
Hendricks throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Aloisio throws a lazy uppercut
and Hendricks counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Nicandro Aloisio has been cut.
Aloisio throws a right hand that misses
and Aloisio is countered with a crisp right hand from Hendricks that sends him to the canvas! Hendricks follows him to the mat into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hendricks in side control, just content to control the action for now.

Hendricks working the ground and pound but Aloisio is defending the strikes.
Aloisio struggling a bit here.
Aloisio tries to improve position but can't.
Hendricks working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Hendricks has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Hendricks grinds an elbow into Aloisio's temple.
That's one minute gone in the round.
An elbow from Hendricks crashes against the mat.
Aloisio knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hendricks on the ground.
Hendricks is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Aloisio has escaped the position, nice work there.
Aloisio defending against the ground and pound.
Aloisio trying his best to control but Hendricks has mounted him.
Aloisio is in a horrible position here. Hendricks smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Aloisio is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hendricks wants to finish this one by submission but Aloisio is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hendricks.
Aloisio tries to lock up and control but Hendricks gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Aloisio is trying to escape the mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hendricks working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Nicandro Aloisio's cut is getting worse.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Aloisio has left one of his arms exposed and Hendricks doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Aloisio screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
