Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Michael Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Louvierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Louvierre is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dirty House. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Louvierre scores with a jab.
Louvierre avoids the head kick by Page.
Page getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Louvierre fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Page fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Page wants to clinch.
Louvierre throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Page's waist but Page gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Louvierre off to one side.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Louvierre crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Page - the referee stops the clock and Louvierre gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Page. Louvierre manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Louvierre looks up at the clock and then as Page takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Louvierre smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Louvierre lands a strong strike to the head of Page. That's dazed him! Louvierre looking to finish here. Page is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Louvierre lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
