Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Urinus Limberdinkle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Limberdinkle has chosen BLUNT- The Iron Maiden as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a right and a left that Limberdinkle avoids nicely.
Limberdinkle throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Smith will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Limberdinkle moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Smith shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Limberdinkle counters with a good, hard body kick but Smith shrugs it off.
Smith closes the distance and clinches up with Limberdinkle, looking for a takedown. Smith pushes Limberdinkle against the cage but Limberdinkle circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Limberdinkle lands a leg kick that knocks Smith off balance momentarily.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Smith crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Limberdinkle - the referee stops the clock and Smith gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Limberdinkle. Smith manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Smith looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Urinus Limberdinkle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well Limberdinkle has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
