The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Odin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stormstoud.

Odin uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Stormstoud has time to react.

Stormstoud tries to close the distance and clinch but Odin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Odin lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

and Odin counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Stormstoud goes for a double leg but Odin avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Odin continues to drive forward.

Stormstoud creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Odin sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Stormstoud cracks Odin with a big right hand but Odin just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Stormstoud decides to stand up, so the ref orders Odin to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Stormstoud closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Odin is trying to defend against the choke here but Stormstoud has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Stormstoud Tightens the hold and Odin taps out furiously! Stormstoud displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
