Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lemuel Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maxim Larinov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stevens rushes Larinov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Larinov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Stevens.
Larinov shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Larinov blocks a jab.

Stevens has taken the fight to the clinch.
Larinov is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Stevens pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Larinov has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Stevens is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Lemuel Stevens has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maxim Larinov.

Stevens turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Stevens manages to end up in side control.

Stevens tries for a kimura but Larinov is defending well.
Larinov is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Stevens has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Larinov tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Stevens wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Larinov gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Stevens is stalling here but it's allowed Larinov to get half guard.
Stevens wants to take a breather but Larinov is having none of it.

Lemuel Stevens has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Larinov shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Stevens sprawls well. Stevens wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Larinov gets slowly back to his feet.

Stevens gets a double leg takedown into Larinov's guard.
Stevens will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Stevens not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Larinov is not content to let Stevens control the position.
Larinov wants to improve his position but Stevens is controlling well.
Stevens content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Stevens seems to be working for a kimura but Larinov defends the submission attempt.

Well, if Stevens is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Larinov wants to improve his position but Stevens is controlling well.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Larinov looks like he's trying to stand up.
Stevens tries to pass to full mount but Larinov defends it.

Stevens tries a head kick but it misses.
Stevens throws a head kick but Larinov moves out of range.
Lemuel Stevens is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Larinov shoots in looking for a takedown but Stevens manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Larinov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Larinov is looking to clinch but Stevens is avoiding it.
Larinov slaps away a takedown attempt from Stevens, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Larinov misses with a head kick.
Stevens shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Larinov but Larinov pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Stevens pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stevens looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Stevens closes the distance and clinches.
Larinov has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Stevens after a bit of a struggle.

Larinov gets through Stevens's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Larinov drops down looking for an ankle pick but Stevens pulls his leg out and moves away.
Stevens looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Larinov is fending him off so far but Stevens persists. Nope, Larinov circles away and we're back to standing.
Larinov goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Sloppy strikes from Stevens. Those never looked like landing.
Stevens misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Larinov throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Larinov lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Larinov.

Stevens is rocked!

Stevens clinches up with Larinov and pushes him back against the cage.
Larinov tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Stevens just stands there and leans against the cage.

Larinov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Stevens thows a leg kick but Larinov checks it
and Larinov counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Oh Stevens is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stevens shoots in and drives through. Larinov sprawls well.

Stevens darts in and clinches Larinov up against the cage.
Larinov tries to land a knee to the head but Stevens blocks with his arms.
Stevens fails to pull guard.

Larinov pulls Stevens into guard.
Stevens is stalling in the full guard.
Stevens with a flurry of punches that miss.

Stevens is keen to just control but Larinov is a slippery customer.
Stevens trying to pass the guard but Larinov defending well.
Stevens seems to have got his legs back now.

Stevens takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Stevens seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Larinov for as long as he can get away with.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Lemuel Stevens has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Stevens throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Larinov was covering up waiting for the punch and Stevens finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Stevens really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Stevens shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Larinov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Stevens advances position into side control!
Larinov pushes Stevens away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Stevens gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Stevens thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Larinov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stevens. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Larinov wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Stevens has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Larinov's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Larinov is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Stevens!
