Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominic Rude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rogers's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I Am A Real American. Rude has chosen Gunslinger as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rude ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rogers moves away.
Rude closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Rogers's guard.
Rude is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Rogers breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Rude lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Rogers takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rude.
Rude throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rogers stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Rogers slaps away a takedown attempt from Rude, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Rude connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Rude unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Rogers! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Rude is unloading with more strikes now! Rogers drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

After winning the bout, Dominic Rude thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
