Reckoning is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Fire Rises. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reckoning bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Reckoning stands up and beckons Boone to his feet.
Reckoning wants to clinch up but Boone keeps it at a distance.
Boone circles away from the clinch attempt.
Reckoning tries to clinch but Boone moves away

so Boone counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Reckoning wants to stand and escape but Boone is having none of it.
Boone would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Reckoning pushes Boone up against the cage in a clinch.

Gotham Reckoning seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
