Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mohamed al Hadj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Waltari Suokuokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). al Hadj's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Hypnotized Lebanon. Suokuokka has chosen Paul Engemann - Scarface (Push It to the Limit) as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
al Hadj getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Suokuokka goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
al Hadj moves out of range of the body kick.

al Hadj closes the distance and clinches.
Suokuokka tries to pull guard but al Hadj holds him up against the cage and eventually Suokuokka drops back down to his feet.
Suokuokka is trying to stall.
A nice glancing elbow lands by al Hadj.
al Hadj throws an elbow that misses.
Suokuokka blocks a body shot from al Hadj.
al Hadj lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as al Hadj checks a leg kick.
Suokuokka throws a leg kick which misses al Hadj's front leg but catches the back leg as al Hadj tries to avoid it.
al Hadj takes a swing at Suokuokka's ribcage but misses.
Suokuokka takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
al Hadj goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Suokuokka throws a chopping leg kick but al Hadj manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Suokuokka does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

al Hadj will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Waltari Suokuokka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Suokuokka gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! al Hadj gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Suokuokka is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Mohamed al Hadj tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
