Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daryl Browning (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Bigarren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Browning throws a nice inside leg kick.

Browning shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Browning looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Browning wants to stand but Bigarren has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Bigarren wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Bigarren manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Browning manages to get himself to full guard.

Bigarren might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Browning haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Browning wants to stand up but Bigarren is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Browning pulls Bigarren in close to his closed guard and prevents Bigarren from doing any damage or advancing position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Yuri Bigarren was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Browning throws a combination. Bigarren tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Browning looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Bigarren!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bigarren is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Browning's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Browning's back!

Bigarren is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Browning has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Bigarren has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Browning taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Bigarren doesn't care though - he's delighted!
