Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roderick Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clark Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kent has chosen Leontiev Valera - Sokrovische Chernogo Morya as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kent blocks a head kick by Jenkins.
Kent misses with an uppercut
and Jenkins moves into the clinch.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Kent has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Jenkins is looking to clinch but Kent is avoiding it.
Jenkins forces Kent back against the cage and clinches.

Jenkins rushes Kent and presses him up against the cage.
Jenkins tries to work over Kent's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Kent blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Jenkins breaks from the clinch.
Kent misses with a wild combination.
Jenkins fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kent, pushing him back against the cage.
Jenkins doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Kent tries to break free but Jenkins pushes him back against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Jenkins fails to land.

Jenkins makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kent breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kent moves in looking to clinch but Jenkins pushes him off.
Jenkins tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kent avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kent lands a big right hand that sends Jenkins crashing to the mat! Kent stays standing though and waves Jenkins back to his feet!
Jenkins is rocked!
Kent connects with a superb combination that knocks Jenkins out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Kent before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Jenkins!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Clark Kent!
