Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Super Trooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trooper has chosen №1 as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Super Trooper!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Daniel Cesar and Paulo Santos.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trooper blocks a head kick by Kane.
Kane tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Trooper was well out of range. Poor timing from Kane.
Trooper has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Kane swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kane pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Trooper throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kane on the side of the head.
A lazy left from Trooper finds it's target.
Kane sizes up Trooper with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Super Trooper has been cut.
Trooper lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Trooper lands with a straight right. Kane didn't see that one coming.
Trooper lands with an uppercut that bounces Kane off the cage and back into range.

Trooper is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Kane is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Trooper.

Trooper shoots for a takedown but Kane saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Trooper wants to control from the top but Kane keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kane pulls Trooper in close to prevent any damage.

We're going to have a standup here because Ron Kane wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Kane takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Nice uppercut lands for Trooper. That snapped Kane's head back.
Kane looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Trooper avoids the head kick by Kane.
Kane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Trooper bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kane's head.

Trooper has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Kane throws a hook to the side of Trooper's head but Trooper sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Trooper shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kane but Kane pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Kane turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kane throws a hook but Trooper blocks it.

Kane scores with a head kick. Trooper tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Trooper looking to score a takedown here. Kane is defending well but Trooper drives through and ends up in Kane's guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Trooper wants to control from the top but Kane keeps moving.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Super Trooper will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kane displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Trooper.
Trooper misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kane.

Trooper feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Trooper advances position into side control!

Trooper tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Trooper has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Trooper goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Kane has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Trooper but great work by Kane.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Trooper is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Kane trying to control the action but Trooper is working from the bottom.
Trooper manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Kane knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Trooper on the ground.

Trooper is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kane pulls his head out easily.
The fighters are battling for position here. Trooper manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Kane has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Trooper is proving hard to escape from.
Trooper manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kane manages to get himself to full guard.
Trooper wants to pass the guard but Kane is keeping the position.
Kane is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Super Trooper seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Horrible takedown by Trooper or perhaps it was just good defense by Kane which made him look bad.
Ron Kane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Trooper fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Super Trooper showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Ron Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A nice inside leg kick there by Kane. That's going to slow Trooper down.
Kane dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Trooper. That did some damage!

Kane turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Kane fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Trooper looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kane jabs Trooper to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Trooper walks into a stiff left hand from Kane.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kane pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kane lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Trooper falls backwards - clearly groggy! Kane dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
