Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jarr tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Martinez checks a leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Martinez crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jarr - the referee stops the clock and Martinez gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jarr. Martinez manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Martinez checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Jarr misses with an uppercut
and Martinez counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Martinez lands a couple of elbows.

Martinez is standing up over Jarr. Jarr looks to escape but Martinez dives into side control.
Martinez looks up at the clock and then as Jarr takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Martinez smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Martinez cracks Jarr with a big right hand but Jarr just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Jarr tries to escape back to his feet but Martinez has kept hold of him... Oh, now he's got Jarr's back and is looking for the choke... Is it? Is it sunk in? YES! Jarr is tapping! Martinez saw the opportunity and took it - ruthless!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Ernest Martinez!
