The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonifacio darts in looking for a takedown but Cohen gets double underhooks and turns Bonifacio into the cage.

Bonifacio jumps guard and drags Cohen to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Cohen stands up from Bonifacio's guard - Cohen perhaps looking for a knockout.
Bonifacio goes for a double leg but Cohen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Cohen continues to drive forward.

Bonifacio gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Bonifacio with the ground and pound but Cohen uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Bonifacio lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Cohen is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bonifacio defends well.

Cohen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Cohen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cohen wants it to stay on the feet.

Bonifacio shoots in and drives through. Cohen sprawls well.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cohen.
Cohen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bonifacio manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Juan Cohen is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Cohen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bonifacio gets to his feet and stands over Cohen, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Cohen felt that one! Bonifacio unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Cohen from any more punishment!
