Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sebasti Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyell Gold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alvarez kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Foster The People - Pumped Up Kicks. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez lunges at Gold with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Gold's hand.
Gold rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Alvarez counters with a nice body shot.
Alvarez stuns Gold with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Alvarez takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Gold is looking to clinch but Alvarez is avoiding it.
Alvarez throws a series of strikes that have Gold backpedaling.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Alvarez throws a nice outside leg kick.

Alvarez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gold, pushing him back against the cage.
Alvarez lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Gold or not.
Alvarez gets through Gold's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Gold is trying to drag Alvarez to the mat but Alvarez just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Gold drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Sebasti Alvarez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyell Gold.
Alvarez pushes Gold back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Gold has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Alvarez avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Alvarez creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Alvarez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Gold seems to have recovered his senses.
Gold takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
That kick from Alvarez tenderised Gold's leg. Gold is trying to keep his angry face on.

Alvarez darts in and clinches Gold up against the cage.
Alvarez scores with a hook to the body.
Alvarez unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Gold! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Alvarez is unloading with more strikes now! Gold drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
